Predictiv offers subscription plans designed to fit various user needs. Here’s what you need to know about billing, credit utilization, and managing your account.
Automatic Renewal of Subscription Plans
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you downgrade to a free account before the renewal date.
- Post-Downgrade Access: If you choose to downgrade, you will retain access to the platform and any prepaid credits for exporting and enrichment tasks.
Downgrading and Cancellation
- No Prorated Refunds: Please note that downgrading or canceling your subscription during an active billing cycle will not entitle you to a prorated refund.
- Flexible Management: You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. However, keep in mind that switching your monthly subscription plan will initiate a new billing cycle effective from the date of change.
Credit Rollover Policy
- Annual Plans: Unused credits for annual subscribers on Pro, Pro Plus, and Enterprise plans roll over to the next billing cycle, allowing you to maximize your resources.
- Monthly Plans: For monthly subscriptions, unused credits do not roll over and will expire at the end of the billing cycle. It’s advisable to plan your usage accordingly.
Credit Renewal
- Subscription Cycle: Credits are renewed based on your selected subscription cycle—monthly or annually.
- Rollover Benefits: If you maintain an annual subscription, any unused credits will carry over to the next cycle, ensuring you get the most out of your investment.
Tracking Credit Utilization
- Easy Monitoring: You can easily track your credit usage by checking the bar in the top right corner of the platform, located next to the bell icon.
- For example, “10/5000” indicates that you’ve used 10 credits out of a total of 5000 available credits.
- Exceeding Your Limit: If you surpass your credit limit, access to additional data will be restricted until your credits are renewed at the start of the next subscription cycle.
Upgrading Your Plan
To ensure uninterrupted access to data and features, consider upgrading your plan if you are nearing your credit limit. An upgrade will provide you with more credits and enhanced functionalities tailored to your needs.
