These integrations streamline your CRM efforts, giving you real-time, actionable insights directly within your existing tools.
- Salesforce and HubSpot CRM are available only for Pro, Pro+, and Enterprise Users.
- Zapier is available only for Enterprise Users.

How to Set Up Integrations
1. HubSpot Integration
Step 1: Log into Predictiv: Access your Predictiv account.
Step 2: Go to Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Settings.”
Step 3: Navigate to Integrations: Click on the “Integrations” tab in the settings menu.
Step 4: Select HubSpot: Choose HubSpot from the list of available integrations.
Step 5: Connect to HubSpot:
1. Sign in to your HubSpot account when prompted.
2. Enter your HubSpot credentials to establish the connection.
Step 6: Choose Sync Settings:
1. To start syncing data between Predictiv and HubSpot, click on “Manage”
2. Select the type of data you want to sync, such as contacts and companies.
Step 7: Save and Sync: Click “Save” to begin syncing data between Predictiv and HubSpot. You can now directly export your contacts from Predictiv into HubSpot.
Export data from Predictiv to HubSpot
Step 1: Go to the Prospect page
Step 2: Apply the required filters and hit search
Step 3: When you find a contact that matches your requirement, click on the checkbox to select the contact
Step 4: Select the mode through which you would like to export the contact. (In this case: HubSpot)
Step 5: Verify if you can see the exported contact in your HubSpot.
2. Salesforce Integration
Step 1: Log into Predictiv: Access your Predictiv dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Settings.”
Step 3: Navigate to Integrations: Click on the “Integrations” tab.
Step 4: Select Salesforce: Choose Salesforce from the list of available integrations.
Step 5: Connect to Salesforce:
- Sign in to your Salesforce account when prompted.
- Enter your Salesforce credentials to authorize the connection.
Step 6: Choose Sync Settings:
1. To start syncing data between Predictiv and Salesforce, click on “Manage”
2. Select how and where Predictiv data should be synced — for example, to custom objects or specific Salesforce fields.
3. Specify the data you want to sync, such as leads, contacts, and accounts.
Step 7: Save and Sync: Click “Save” to establish the connection. You can now export high-intent leads, contacts, and accounts from Predictiv directly into your Salesforce CRM.
Export data from Predictiv to Salesforce
Step 1: Go to the Prospect page
Step 2: Apply the required filters and hit search
Step 3: When you find a contact that matches your requirement, click on the checkbox to select the contact and then, click on export on the top right corner as shown below.
Step 4: Select the appropriate export option.
Step 5: Verify if you can see the exported contact in Salesforce
- If you’re new to Zapier, sign up for a free account at zapier.com.
- You’ll receive a unique API key or a Zapier connection link in Predictiv.
- Copy this API key or link and paste it into your Zapier account to establish the connection.
- Once connected, create Zaps (automated workflows) to link Predictiv with other apps like Google Sheets, Slack, or any CRM not directly integrated with Predictiv.
- Choose the triggers and actions for your workflows, such as creating a new lead in your CRM when a high-intent account is detected in Predictiv.
Troubleshooting & Tips
HubSpot or Salesforce Sync Issues
- Verify that your credentials are correct and that you have the necessary permissions to sync data.
- If sync issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
Zapier Workflow Not Triggering
- Ensure your Zap is active and that the trigger conditions are met.
- Use the Zapier “Test” feature to confirm that the workflow functions as expected.
Missing Data?
- If specific data (like leads, contacts, or accounts) is missing, double-check your sync preferences to ensure all required fields are selected.
- Confirm that the necessary data exists in Predictiv and that your integration settings are correctly configured.
