Overview

This article will guide you through the steps to update your account information, including your name, job title, LinkedIn profile, phone number, and location. For changes to your email address or account admin, please contact Predictiv support.

Access Your Account Settings

 

Step 1: Log in to your Predictiv account.

Step 2: Click on your avatar in the top-right corner.

Step 3: From the dropdown menu, select Profile.

Update Your Email or Contact Information

 

Step 1: In the Profile section, click the Edit button in the top-right corner.

Step 2: A new page will open where you can update the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Job Title
  • LinkedIn
  • Phone Number
  • Location

Step 3: Once you’re satisfied with the changes, click the Update button in the bottom-right corner.
